1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns and exchanges apply only to purchases made directly from Mada.com.pk.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom fit, Sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for return.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible.
3. Return & Exchange Process

Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and attach relevant images.

Approval & Shipping

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If approved, you must return the item via a traceable courier service at your expense.

Mada.com.pk is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Inspection & Refund/Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange or issue a refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
