Exchange & Return Policy

At Mada, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns and exchanges apply only to purchases made directly from Mada.com.pk.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom fit, Sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for return.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request a Return/Exchange

    • Email info.madaofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

    • Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and attach relevant images.

    • Approval & Shipping

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

    • If approved, you must return the item via a traceable courier service at your expense.

    • Mada.com.pk is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  2. Inspection & Refund/Exchange Processing

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange or issue a refund within 5-7 business days.

    • Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
